Team Summary

The Single Guest Itinerary Team, part of the historic Property Web Services Workgroup, focused on improving the interface that enables interconnectivity and exchange between specialized systems that book guest appointments, such as Spa, Golf, Concierge, Dining, Ski, and other activities. They released a certifiable spec as part of the Property Web Services Specifications 2007A, 2008A, 2008B and 2009A.
